As we move into the spring, these food pioneers will be filling the Good Shed with a huge array of high quality fresh produce - all grown in a sustainable & innovative way.

Rebel Farmer - Nr Wye

Rebel Farmer’s produce is ethically grown and chemical free, using No-Dig/Permaculture methods and growing a number of rare and heritage crops. Rebel Farmer is also passionate about education and the need for local, seasonal, ethically grown food. The stars of their produce is certainly their wildly colourful, soil-grown micro-greens, salads and flowers, as well as their 'yacons' (a root veg superfood taken from perennial daisies).

Jack's Veg - Canterbury

On a small but ever-growing farm on the edge of Canterbury, Jack takes great care in producing entirely organic fruit and vegetables, with an emphasis on soil health and regeneration, and more unusual varieties that he selects specifically for flavour and nutrition.

Edible Kingdom - Wye

Cultivators of the county's finest mushrooms, Edible Kingdom are on a mission to provide different varieties to local clientele, including oyster, shiitake, and Lion's Mane.

Wonky Parsnip - Nr Canterbury

Laura at the Wonky Parsnip in Chartham, near Canterbury, is a proud producer of the weird and wonderful - everything from Mexican tomatillos to lemon basil, to electric daisies and ginger.
