CITRUS LEMONGRASS ASIAN SLAW
Serves: 20 as a side course

Chill: 1 hour minimum
For the Slaw:
120g Chinese leaves, shredded
165g white cabbage, shredded
45g spring onions, sliced
20g coriander leaves, sliced
100g carrots, shredded
50g green peppers, shredded
30g orange segments sliced
180g Karimix Citrus Lemongrass Sauce
38g white wine vinegar
10g almond flakes toasted
Sprinkle of Pomegranate seeds
- Mix shredded vegetables together. For the dressing whisk the Karimix Citrus Lemongrass Sauce with the vinegar before mixing in with vegetable. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, sprinkle sliced orange segments, pomegranate seeds and toasted almond flakes.
