The Thompson family have been growing vegetables for the UK Chinese Community at Brook Farm in Essex for generations. In 2018, we celebrated our 70th anniversary; as part of this celebration, and to honour Chinese tradition and British science and distilling expertise, we created Thompson’s Baijiu. China’s most popular spirit, baijiu is smooth with a distinctive malty, umami flavour and aroma. Thompson’s Baijiu is made from 100% British Sorghum grains, fermented and distilled in Essex.
