PICNIC FOR TWO

The Gusbourne picnic for two is a wonderful way to experience our estate at a relaxed pace, in your own picnic spot surrounded by beautiful vineyards.

We have created space within our Boot Hill vineyard where you’ll be able to enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the Kent countryside. Inside your picnic you’ll find the best of Kent and Sussex produce, such as artisan cheese and charcuterie, local fruit and homemade bread, accompanied by a bottle of Gusbourne Brut Reserve. All this is presented in a Gusbourne bag with reusable picnic glassware and a sparkling wine stopper for you to keep.

Picnics are priced at £80 for two people. On your booked date, you can arrive at your own leisure between 12.00 and 13:30. When you book your picnic, please indicate which option - charcuterie or vegetarian - you would like. Please note, it is not possible for guests to bring their own food and wine onto the estate.

Picnics are also available to purchase as gifts. With their gift card, your guests can book the date that suits them best.

Bookings for picnics may be transferred up to one week prior to booked date, subject to availability. Due to the outdoor nature of these events, it is recommended to bring suitable clothing and footwear for your time at Gusbourne.

Please note, picnics must be booked in advance and are not available for drop-in guests.

VINEYARD TOUR & PICNIC FOR TWO

For a full, relaxing day in our beautiful vineyards, treat yourself to a Vineyard Tour followed by a picnic amongst the vines at Gusbourne.

Begin your day with a two-hour hosted tour in which you’ll find out what makes our corner of England so special for winemaking. You'll take in a guided walk in the vines and a tutored wine tasting in our Nest Garden. Then, we will guide you to your dedicated picnic spot, where you’ll be able to enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the Kent countryside. Inside your picnic, you’ll find the best of Kent and Sussex produce, such as artisan cheese and charcuterie, local fruit and homemade bread, accompanied by a bottle of Gusbourne Brut Reserve. All this is presented in a Gusbourne bag with reusable picnic glassware and a sparkling wine stopper for you to keep.
